Project Overview
Flex Bridge Instructional Design Consultancy’s instructional intervention for TRI-County Educational partners outlines two tools that boost engagement during emergency remote training. The instructional solution provides learners with how to use Kahoot! and Pear Deck tools to add interactivity to remote teaching. Flex Bridge Instructional Design Consultancy ensures three learning objectives learners will achieve. Learners will be able to identify both learning tools, implement them during facilitation and integrate them into instructional content presented remotely.
The instructional design model ADDIE was used, and each team member was assigned as the senior instructional designer in charge of a specific stage. In the instructional solution for TRI-County Educational Partners, my role as an instructional designer was overseeing aspects of the evaluation stage. I oversaw the project as a whole and ensured each team member’s contribution blend as one cohesive plan. I also facilitated group polls to gain insight on color schemes, design elements, company name, and company logo.
The first factor that should be considered is the technical requirements of the learner. In instructional planning, learners will be required to have a computer with computer access and a Gmail account. A second consideration is the multimedia content needed to construct program simulations. The instructional solution’s last consideration is removing one of the tools presented and focusing only on one
